Matt Clark began working with tile and stone in Malibu, CA 1977. He apprenticed with Armand Agresti in NYC,1982 . In 1988 Matt Clark worked in Portland, Oregon with Ann Sack's at her original showroom. In the 1990's Matt worked in NYC with David Garbo and Jed Johnson. Matts Work has appeared in many publications.
In 2002 Matt Clark and Katie Franklin opened their tile design studio in San Luis Obispo California Featuring the County Floors Collection.
